It all started with seven cars and a hunch

The story of Enterprise begins with the vision of one man. In 1957, a decorated Hellcat pilot from World War II returned home after serving in the South Pacific sky. This man, a true innovator named Jack Taylor, had a firm dedication to his country, to his family and to the dream of starting a business.

Using the lessons learned in the Navy — the value of hard work, team spirit and simply doing the right thing — Jack launched the novel concept of car leasing with a fleet of seven cars.

Today, Enterprise is a well-known name among frequent travelers, road commuters and those who have a car in the workshop. We are a brand recognized as a world leader in the car rental industry. We value employees and customers as much as a member of the family.
