The vehicle can only be rented by a person with a daily driver's license over or equal to 21 years of age. Between 21 and 25, an underage fee applies, which is 80,000 COP per day.

There is no external car wash charge. However, if the car is returned with a lot of dirt on the upholstery, seats, the smell of damp, cigarettes, pets or pet hair, an additional charge will be made.

A credit card is required to make a hold or security deposit on the vehicle. For the payment of the rent at the end of the rental, a credit card or debit card is accepted as long as it belongs to the main driver.
No, the car cannot leave the country.
You can return the vehicle to any of our offices for an additional fee. If you want to return the vehicle elsewhere, please contact us to check if it's possible and to give you the corresponding amount.
Yes, you can use card or third-party coverages. However, you should check with your insurance company beforehand that it actually covers you for the car you want to rent. If you decline coverage at the Counter and incur an accident, you would be charged the full cost of the incident and the claim to the third party must be submitted by the customer.
Once the car is delivered, the security deposit is released. However, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the bank to re-enable the amount in the account.

You must stay in place and call the customer service line for assistance or the appropriate office, in addition to taking photos and videos of the place and the vehicle.
If during the time you had the vehicle for rent you were issued a traffic ticket or a traffic ticket, you will be directly responsible for assuming and paying 100% of the fine.
